We recommend wearing comfortable, casual clothes that you don't mind getting dirty. Avoid white or light-colored clothing for mud bath activities. Closed-toe shoes are mandatory for safety. Bring extra clothes and towels for mud bath and tube well activities.

Bring sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, extra clothes, towels, water bottle, and any personal medications. We provide most equipment for activities, but you may bring cameras for photos. Avoid bringing valuable items as lockers are limited.

Cancellations made 48 hours before the visit date receive full refund. Cancellations within 24-48 hours receive 50% refund. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable except for medical emergencies. Weather-related cancellations are fully refundable or can be rescheduled.

Yes, all activities are designed with safety as the top priority. We have trained supervisors for each activity, first aid facilities on-site, and age-appropriate equipment. Children must be accompanied by adults during all activities. Special safety gear is provided where needed.

We can arrange transportation for groups of 25+ people at additional cost. For smaller groups, we provide detailed directions and GPS coordinates. The farm is easily accessible by car and is approximately 45 minutes from central Delhi and 30 minutes from Gurgaon.

We serve fresh, hygienic vegetarian meals prepared in our clean kitchen. Menu includes North Indian dishes, dal, rice, roti, seasonal vegetables, salad, and dessert. Special dietary requirements can be accommodated with advance notice. No outside food is allowed on the premises.
